I had high expectations for Hotel Zoso, especially given its prime location and exciting promise of an engaging atmosphere, but unfortunately, my experience fell short. The rooms were fairly clean and spacious, and there were moments of great service, especially from a couple of staff members. However, the dining options and overall service could use significant improvement, especially considering the high price point. It seems like there are a lot of renovations needed to get everything up to par.
